Job overview

The Project Coordinator – School Mental Health position is onsite in Farmington, CT. Compensation is $62,000–$70,000 per year. The role supports the Child Health and Development Institute’s Comprehensive School Mental Health area and its work to improve children’s behavioral health and well-being. The coordinator manages project activities, training and meeting logistics, implementation support, and quality-improvement work. The role helps schools and partners develop and sustain school mental health initiatives and supports timely completion of project deliverables and reporting.

What you'll do

  • Communicate with schools, state agencies, families, and community partners
  • recruit, train, and support participating schools
  • conduct needs assessments and develop implementation plans
  • support live and asynchronous training development
  • coordinate project activities and subcontract deliverables
  • schedule and facilitate meetings
  • maintain data and records for funder reports
  • collect data and communicate findings
  • review literature
  • assist with project websites, communications, and grant or contract applications.
