What you'll do

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to procedures and safety guidelines
• perform routine inspections and maintenance
• identify, report, and troubleshoot operational issues
• maintain production records
• coordinate shift handovers
• follow safety protocols and participate in training and audits
• and assist with training new operators and continuous improvement initiatives.
