What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers
• operate the register and process cash and credit-card payments, receipts, and refunds
• stock products and support inventory and store maintenance
• participate in product promotions
• maintain product knowledge and help customers locate merchandise
• contact customers by phone or email as needed
• perform water analysis and help customers balance pool chemicals
• work with the outside pool-cleaning service team when required
• repair pool cleaners
• open and close the store and cash registers
• train new personnel when needed.
