Customer Support Specialist - Materials

What you'll do

• Provide price quotations
• research and contact suppliers
• follow up on quotes and enter orders
• review international purchase order terms and shipment document requirements with the Cost and Contracts Administrator
• track orders through shipment
• communicate with customers and vendors
• route calls
• support sales personnel with pre-sale and post-sale activities
• maintain product knowledge
• identify inactive customers and pursue return business
• receive and help resolve customer complaints.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or GED and four years of directly related work or training in composite material distribution, or an equivalent combination. Knowledge of composite materials, curing processes, heat and control systems, and pricing calculations is required.
