What you'll do

• Maintain center cost data
• prepare and reconcile student pay and meal ticket sales
• monitor accounting entries and journal codes
• track and process accounts payable paperwork and invoices
• assist with payroll and staff work-hour submissions
• maintain Sage records and accounting files
• reconcile accounts and balance books
• support procurement documentation
• conduct periodic documentation audits.
