What you'll do

• Provide person-centered support and adhere to core competency expectations.
• Follow protective oversight plans to ensure safety.
• Assist with daily living routines including hygiene, toileting, and grooming.
• Administer medications in accordance with regulations.
• Assist with medical needs and appointments.
• Plan menus, shop for groceries, and prepare meals.
• Perform counseling and coaching.
• Implement habilitation plans and maintain accurate documentation.
