Client Relations Manager, Hybrid

The Client Relations Manager position is hybrid, based in Phoenix, AZ, with at least two days in the office each week. Compensation is $100,000–$110,000 per year, with discretionary bonus potential. Arixa Capital is a private real estate lender and alternative investment manager with an in-house loan platform. The manager supports Loan Originators by overseeing borrower relationships and loan progress from origination through post-close. By coordinating borrowers, internal departments, and third parties, the role helps loans move through the process accurately and on schedule.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary borrower contact throughout the loan lifecycle
• provide updates and manage expectations
• review borrower and third-party documentation for completeness and accuracy
• oversee assigned loan pipelines through underwriting, processing, closing, and post-funding
• coordinate internal handoffs and escalate obstacles
• support loan structuring with originators and underwriters
• maintain accurate loan system records
• assist with onboarding and cross-training as directed.
