What you'll do

• Provide resident assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, oral hygiene, and feeding
• measure and record vital signs and weight
• assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• respond to call lights and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• document care
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• make routine rounds every two hours
• contribute to resident assessments and care plans
• provide postmortem and restorative nursing care.
