• align collections practices with Credit & Risk
• establish DSO, past-due, and aging targets
• define tooling and automation standards
• maintain portfolio reporting
• lead Cash Management and Arbitration/Disputes leaders
• and coordinate with CX, Finance, Product, and Technology.
