What you'll do

• Float between approved units
• assess and reassess patient needs
• analyze assessments and establish nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes
• plan and coordinate care
• implement nursing interventions and delegate tasks safely
• evaluate patient responses and discharge needs
• provide direct and indirect nursing care in assigned settings.
