Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent

The Traveling Retail Construction Superintendent role is onsite at project locations, with 90–100% nationwide travel required. The anticipated compensation range is $90,000–$120,000 per year. Sevan Multi-Site Solutions provides construction, program management, real estate and site development, and architecture and engineering services for multiple sectors. The superintendent leads field operations from groundbreaking through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, materials, safety, quality, documentation, and project turnover. The role supports delivery of commercial retail, restaurant, grocery, and fuel or convenience-store construction projects.

What you'll do

• Oversee onsite construction activities
• direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews
• manage look-ahead schedules and coordinate deliveries, equipment, and labor
• enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• conduct safety meetings and inspections
• monitor quality and coordinate inspections
• maintain daily reports and communicate with project managers
• manage punch lists, final inspections, demobilization, and turnover.
