What you'll do

• Perform and oversee hand pruning, deadheading, weeding, plant-health checks, and perennial and annual flower care
• delegate and supervise mowing, string trimming, edging, and grounds maintenance
• drive a truck and trailer safely to jobsites
• maintain crew equipment
• ensure work is safe, efficient, and meets aesthetic standards
• communicate with clients about daily work, future needs, out-of-scope opportunities, and property expectations.
