What you'll do

• Lead and supervise a three-person software development team
• facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirements workshops
• gather, document, and validate requirements
• develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and workflow diagrams
• manage schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and resources
• facilitate Agile ceremonies
• coordinate stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, security personnel, and government representatives
• prepare executive status reports
• support ServiceNow enhancements, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• support governance, security, quality, UAT, training, and change management
• maintain project documentation and mitigate risks.
