• own enterprise renewals, expansions, and forecast accuracy
• build executive customer relationships
• guide integration architecture, API and data strategy, migration planning, and configurations
• establish operational processes, tooling, and reporting
• partner with Product and Engineering
• anticipate account risks
• travel frequently for customer meetings and events.
