What you'll do

• Perform stucco patching, crack repair, resurfacing, and sealing
• prepare and paint building interiors and exteriors
• install, repair, or replace siding
• conduct exterior maintenance such as caulking, pressure washing, and minor carpentry
• repair and paint interior drywall
• operate tools and equipment safely
• keep job sites organized
• communicate project details and timelines
• follow safety procedures and local building codes. Requires 4+ years of experience in stucco work, painting, and siding repair or installation, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.
