What you'll do

• Follow resident service plans and provide care within certification or licensure scope
• respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms
• promote independence and self-care
• document care
• conduct shift safety checks and communicate resident status
• report changes to nursing
• complete incident reports
• follow infection-control and safety practices
• help maintain a clean, safe environment
• identify and report environmental concerns.
