• create and post personal-care staff schedules and fill call-offs
• support clinical regulatory compliance
• assess resident needs and service plans
• communicate with families about care changes and health concerns
• observe medications and treatments according to state regulations
• promote resident independence, dignity, and safety
• document incidents and address hazards.
