Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Intern

What you'll do

• Support candidate sourcing and screening, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and applicant tracking
• update candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
• assist with job postings, candidate dispositioning, reports, and pipeline management
• support campus recruiting, career fairs, internships, and early talent initiatives
• assist with employee engagement, onboarding, learning and development, benefits, and other HR programs
• support HR projects and process improvements.
