What you'll do
- Build respectful relationships with residents and support positive socialization
- monitor building cameras
- inspect floors and report damage
- manage visitor sign-in
- support site chores, grounds care, scheduling, and safety procedures
- maintain supply inventory
- arrange and track maintenance and repairs
- attend community events and staff meetings
- organize donations
- supervise resident activities and maintain logs
- assist case managers and office support
- respond appropriately to emergencies and report hazards or incidents.
