What you'll do

• Provide personal care and hygiene
• assist with transfers, mobility, turning, and repositioning
• prepare meals and assist with oral nutrition protocols in the non-medical care plan
• maintain a clean and safe care area
• provide companionship and support communication, including learning the client’s Eye-Gaze system
• and report changes in the client’s comfort, condition, or needs to the home health nursing team.

Why this role
