Client Care Specialist

What you'll do

• Greet clients, assist with check-ins and orientation paperwork
• verify insurance benefits
• discuss coverage and billing, collect co-pays and balances, and close billing batches
• manage phones, voicemails, and email
• help arrange telehealth appointments and reminder calls
• scan records into the EHR
• support scheduling and billing
• manage provider schedules and documentation
• maintain a clean and organized office.
