The shift lead helps customers, supports cash-handling practices, contributes to inventory accuracy, and helps maintain store standards and operational procedures.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with product information and questions
• address concerns

• assist with returns and exchanges
• support staff training on cash handling
• participate in cash reconciliation, reporting, and register audits
• help maintain product quality, safety, and inventory accuracy
• support in-store promotions and report product trends and customer preferences.
