What you'll do

• Manage daily shop workflow and repair scheduling
• oversee technicians and shop staff
• ensure adherence to company standard operating procedures
• oversee customization, modification, and preventive maintenance of RAM trucks and custom trailers using fleet maintenance software
• conduct equipment inspections and enforce shop safety
• and organize inventory and priorities to support equipment readiness.
