The Reservations Team Lead (Rooms Controller) role is onsite in Vail, CO. Pay is $25.00–$26.00 per hour. The role supports the Reservations team at The Hythe, a Luxury Collection Resort in Vail, and helps coordinate room assignments and guest experience. The team lead oversees room assignments before arrival, maintains accurate inventory, and coordinates with hotel departments to support occupancy and daily reservations operations. The role contributes to a seamless guest stay through accurate room planning, responsive service, and communication with the Front Desk and other teams.

What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of hotel layout, services, outlets, and operating hours
• serve as liaison between Reservations, Front Desk, and other departments
• manage room blocking and room inventory
• maintain inventory in MARSHA and Lightspeed
• understand room types, rates, and market codes
• conduct arrival checks, duplicate-reservation reviews, connecting-room requests, and inventory balancing
• create GXP cases and process suite awards, upgrades, accessibility cases, and internal requests
• monitor selling strategies and communicate updates
• participate in daily stand-up meetings
• handle guest inquiries, special requests, and reservation calls
• support Reservations Specialist functions.
