What you'll do

• Provide non-medical in-home support
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
• use redirection and de-escalation techniques
• support routines that reduce confusion, agitation, impulsivity, and overstimulation
• observe and report behavior changes
• document care
• build trust with clients and families while maintaining boundaries and consistency.
