The Preconstruction Due Diligence Consultant, EV Construction Management role is onsite in San Francisco, CA; onsite requirements may change depending on client needs. The consultant coordinates due diligence for potential sites, assesses feasibility and risks, and helps navigate zoning, permitting, access, and construction considerations. The work informs site decisions and aligns proposed locations with operational and infrastructure needs.

What you'll do

• Coordinate end-to-end due diligence for potential site acquisitions
• review third-party environmental, survey, and property-condition reports and provide written recommendations
• identify site risks and mitigation options
• evaluate access, circulation, traffic, and ingress/egress
• interpret landlord work letters, structural exhibits, and delivery conditions
• assess landlord and tenant construction responsibilities
• coordinate with Real Estate, Design, Construction, and Entitlements teams
• develop standardized due-diligence processes, checklists, and reporting tools
• adhere to applicable SOX controls.
