What you'll do

• Ensure accurate MDS coding and clinical assessment documentation
• train nursing staff on accurate, timely documentation
• participate in nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams
• support managed-care case management
• manage clinical and financial records and their distribution to payers
• share ownership of care conferences with social workers.
