Full Stack Software Engineer, Conversational and Voice AI

What you'll do

• Design, build, and support secure, scalable AWS cloud-native solutions
• develop backend microservices for conversational and voice AI
• build modern user interfaces
• integrate third-party APIs, SaaS, telephony, and CCaaS/CPaaS platforms
• work with streaming audio, barge-in handling, retries, fallbacks, and transcript capture
• use Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, and IaC
• implement logging, metrics, alerting, and health checks
• troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues.
