What you'll do

• Develop and maintain project cost estimates and supporting analyses
• review scope, schedule, labor, material, subcontract, and equipment inputs
• document methodologies, assumptions, exclusions, risks, and estimate basis
• analyze cost trends, variances, and forecasts
• coordinate with technical, project, procurement, and finance personnel
• prepare reports and presentations
• support budgeting, planning, change evaluation, and decision-making
• maintain organized records and comply with quality, confidentiality, and document-control expectations.
