What you'll do

• Lead lot operations and transportation
• direct lane personnel and driver scheduling
• verify lane starts and safe vehicle flow
• oversee vehicle registration, lot reports, and equipment inventory
• manage resources to control expenses and improve utilization
• resolve customer issues
• and, depending on site size, lead facilities maintenance and reconditioning. Lead auction activities, monitor compliance with systems and standards, develop staffing and schedules, communicate expectations and performance measures, oversee daily team activities, coach and train direct reports, and promote safety and team cohesion.
