What you'll do

• Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans
• conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress
• supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams
• analyze data and maintain documentation in line with clinical, ethical, insurance, and regulatory requirements
• help build staff training and feedback systems.
