Industrial Maintenance Technician – Day Shift

Job overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician works onsite in the North Temple, TX area on a full-time day shift. Pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience. Crouch Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an industrial maintenance opportunity in a manufacturing environment. The technician maintains industrial machinery and equipment, diagnoses failures, and performs repairs to help minimize production downtime and keep equipment operating safely.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• diagnose equipment failures
• inspect equipment
• repair or replace motors, pumps, valves, bearings, belts, sensors, and other components
• assist with installations and upgrades
• respond to breakdowns
• maintain repair records
• follow safety and lockout/tagout requirements
• keep the work area organized.
