What you'll do
- Learn building automation, HVAC, security, access control, and other building systems
- support facility improvements and manage smaller projects
- evaluate facility risks and recommend engineered solutions
- review and create preventive maintenance plans
- maintain project documentation
- create and update schematics and P&IDs using AutoCAD under senior engineer direction
- coordinate vendor preventive maintenance
- review new equipment
- assist with calibrations and maintenance system improvements
- travel occasionally domestically and internationally.
