Wound Care Technician

What you'll do

• Follow nursing procedures and protocols
• participate in skin reports and daily rounds
• report skin abnormalities or missing dressings
• monitor and assist with resident turning, positioning, bathing, and heel off-loading
• document care and observations in Point of Care
• monitor skin-protection equipment and mattresses
• assist with activities of daily living and resident safety
• report changes and concerns to nursing staff.

Why this role
