Property Claims Manager / Estimator — Xactimate

The Property Claims Manager / Estimator role is onsite in Walled Lake, MI. Pay is $41,000–$50,000 per year. Talent Search PRO is recruiting for a role that estimates property repairs and manages insurance-related restoration claims. The role produces repair estimates from site inspections, coordinates claim and project handoffs, and communicates with customers, insurance adjusters, carriers, and third-party administrators to support accurate, compliant, and viable repair work. It also participates in a 24-hour emergency on-call rotation once every 12–14 weeks.

What you'll do

• Inspect sites and prepare repair estimates in Xactimate
• review peer estimates and supplement requests
• lead project kick-off and customer handoff meetings
• review financial documents and collect deductibles before repairs
• explain estimates to adjusters, carriers, and TPAs
• handle business-hours emergency requests and deploy response teams
• use Matterport 3D scanning and update DASH, Xactanalysis, and TPA databases
• participate in the stated on-call rotation.

Why this role

Xactimate experience is strictly required. Level 1 or Level 2 certification preferred; IICRC restoration certifications are a plus. Requires a high school diploma or GED and valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.
