What you'll do

• Prepare apartments for new residents
• complete light repairs and occupied-apartment maintenance requests
• perform plumbing, carpentry, appliance, roof, and lighting repairs as assigned
• paint interior and exterior surfaces
• caulk and grout
• repair or replace floor tile and drywall
• shovel snow and apply ice melt as needed
• communicate supply needs to the Property Manager
• complete assigned work orders and maintenance tasks.
