Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver

The Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver role is onsite in Pasadena, CA, with assignments across the San Gabriel Valley; part-time pay is $20–$23 per hour for 4–6-hour shifts, and full-time pay is $19–$20 per hour for 8–12-hour shifts. Salus Homecare provides home-care services, with cases available mornings, afternoons, weekends, and overnights. The caregiver provides companionship and hands-on assistance with clients’ personal care, mobility, meals, and transportation. The role helps clients with daily needs while communicating changes or abnormal findings to the office and protecting client confidentiality.

What you'll do

• Serve as a companion
• assist with bathing, oral hygiene, meals, dressing, ambulation, and other personal care needs
• transport clients to appointments, errands, and activities
• reposition and move clients between beds, wheelchairs, and seats
• maintain client confidentiality
• notify the office of abnormal findings or conditions
• and represent the company professionally.
