What you'll do

• Provide trauma-informed guest support and help maintain a safe, welcoming shelter
• enforce boundaries and shelter procedures
• document incidents and guest stays
• support bed assignments and facility cleanliness
• and assist the Shift Supervisor. Train and provide feedback to staff, lead a team of up to 10, coordinate with emergency services, and assume lead responsibilities during emergencies as needed.
