Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

The Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) role is full-time, onsite in West Roxbury, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and occasional on-call rotations. Pay is $41–$43 per hour, based on experience. Legacy Lifecare VNA and Hospice provides home and hospice care. The nurse provides compassionate care in home or assisted-living settings, monitors and reports changes in residents’ conditions, and supports palliative and hospice needs. The role contributes to patient comfort and continuity through assessment, treatment, symptom support, and communication with care teams.

What you'll do

• Provide care to residents in home or assisted-living settings
• observe residents and document or report changes in response to medication or treatment
• perform basic care and treatments, including temperature and blood pressure monitoring
• support palliative and hospice care, including pain management, symptom control, and emotional and spiritual support.
