Description

Supervise the delivery of nursing services to residents including ADLs and medication services. Assist in interviewing, hiring and orientation of new clinical associates. Monitor and assist in scheduling staffing to ensure the community is appropriately supported. Assist with resident assessments for pre-admission, admission, and ongoing assessments and implementation/updating of Resident Service
