What you'll do

• Oversee accounts payable and purchasing
• manage bookkeeping and intercompany transfers
• reconcile bank and general ledger accounts
• conduct month-end close
• prepare reports, budgets, invoices, dashboards, and financial statements
• prepare local, state, and federal filings
• monitor cash flow and credit balances
• maintain accounting policies and procedures
• and assist with audits and tax preparation.
