Patient Account Representative

What you'll do

• Process insurance claims and verify policy information
• ensure accurate billing
• track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• communicate with insurers and patients to resolve billing discrepancies
• manage accounts receivable, reconcile financial records, and generate management reports as needed
• respond to patient and telephone inquiries and submit appeals for unpaid claims.
