What you'll do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Maintain an armed presence in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, company policies, and site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner
• communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of facilities, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor visitor, employee, and delivery access in accordance with site procedures
• document incidents, patrols, and unusual activity in required reports.
