What you'll do

• Identify prospective real estate assets
• develop relationships with direct owners
• provide analytical reporting and project support
• assist with investment models and pro formas
• support due diligence, including review of third-party reports and property conditions
• conduct market research and analysis
• assemble investment memorandums
• monitor acquisition performance
• prepare reports and support special projects.
