Child Care Team Lead – Before-School Program

The Child Care Team Lead role is onsite in Nolensville, TN, supporting a before-school program. Pay is $17.35–$23.00 per hour, with eligibility for a $2 morning pay incentive. Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care supports elementary students in a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment. The Team Lead helps oversee daily operations, leads student activities, and supports Child Care Associates. The role partners with the Site Leader and steps into that role when needed, helping maintain a safe program and positive relationships with children, families, and school staff.

• Help oversee daily program operations

• help maintain a safe environment and licensing standards
• step into the Site Leader role when needed

Why this role

Requires age 18 or older, a high school diploma or equivalent, previous child care or youth program experience, and ability to pass a background check. First Aid/CPR certification is required or must be obtained after hire. Additional hours may be available during school breaks, full days of care, and summer programming.
