• translate needs into objectives, plans, and learner experiences
• manage scope, timelines, stakeholders, risks, quality, and launch readiness
• design instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, microlearning, performance-support, credentialing, and blended solutions
• create learning materials
• facilitate or support training as needed
• measure effectiveness and recommend improvements
• ensure accessibility and quality
• mentor designers and explore learning technologies, including practical AI uses.
