Technical Writer, Pilot Plant Training

The Technical Writer role is hybrid, with onsite work Tuesday through Thursday in Hershey, PA; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Develop equipment training materials, standard operating procedures, work instructions, step-up cards, and one-point lessons
• observe production-floor processes and document them with subject matter experts
• capture photos and videos of equipment operation and related processes
• create and maintain digital learning content
• incorporate safety, quality, and compliance requirements
• validate documentation with subject matter experts
• support Job Safety Analysis documentation and evaluate operator competency and training retention as needed
• manage training milestones and priorities.
