Member Service Representative

Job overview

What you'll do

• Provide face-to-face member service
• complete monetary transactions, new account creation, and account maintenance
• identify member needs and offer deposit, lending, card, investment, and business banking products
• meet training requirements
• comply with credit union policies, safety standards, BSA, and CFPB requirements
• maintain transaction accuracy and professional communication.
