The role supports customers and inside sales through order entry, quote preparation, regular customer contact, and coordination with outside sales. It also contributes to branch operations by assisting with product loading, inventory, and maintaining an orderly work area.

What you'll do

• Use reports to support inside sales
• maintain customer relationships through weekly calls and emails
• enter orders and prepare quotes
• coordinate with outside sales
• manage in-store customer relationships
• maintain accurate paperwork
• operate material-handling equipment and assist with loading products
• support inventory and workplace cleanliness.
