Lead and Sales Support Coordinator

Job overview

What you'll do

• Respond to inbound leads from the website, tradeshows, and other lead-generation activities.
• Contact prospects, follow the qualification process, answer basic product questions using established resources, document details in the CRM, and route qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development Manager.
• Follow up until qualification is complete or the lead is closed or routed.
• Maintain sales-support data, assist with assigned administrative requests, and track lead activity results.
